Starting in luxury hotels with culinary driven concepts, Micaela had exposure to all types of events and honed her adaptability to service clients successfully. Once she moved into corporate marketing events with established agencies and top clients, Micaela understood the importance of infusing your brand into the experience in a way that feels authentic, and she is known to advocate for her clients to realize that vision.
